The J91 series stainless steel double ferrule globe valve is a high-performance shut-off device specifically engineered for industrial fluid control systems. Manufactured from forged austenitic stainless steel, the cold-die forged valve body features homogeneous microstructure with exceptional mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The innovative double ferrule connection mechanism combines preload force with elastic deformation principles, achieving dual sealing between pipeline and valve body through coordinated action of inner and outer ferrules, effectively resolving leakage issues common in single ferrule designs.
